The AI Reset
Three working AI systems in your businessin three weeks.
The AI Reset finds where your hours leak, sets up three AI workflows that fit how you already work, and trains you to run them. No jargon, no list of 40 tools to research, no homework you'll never do.
The problem
You run a good business.
You also write the same emails every week, rebuild the same quote from scratch every time, answer the same eleven questions from new clients, and do the books, the follow-ups, and the review responses after dinner.
Somewhere in there you opened ChatGPT. Maybe you even paid for it. You asked it a few things, got a few generic answers, and went back to doing everything by hand. Not because you're behind, and not because you did anything wrong. You were sold tools without a system. Nobody looked at how your week actually runs and said: here, these three things, in this order, set up like this.
That's the whole gap. Not the technology. The judgment about where it fits your business, and the follow-through to set it up so it sticks.
Is this you?
You might need this if:
- You're the owner, and you're still the one doing the quotes, the follow-ups, and the inbox
- You've tried ChatGPT or Claude, and it didn't stick past week two
- You keep saving AI articles you never read
- Your evenings have a second shift of admin in them
- You have between one and fifteen people, and none of them is “the tech person”
- You'd happily pay to never write another review response from scratch, as long as it still sounds like you
What's included
Everything you walk away with.
One three-week engagement. Here's what's yours at the end of it.
A workflow audit.
I go through how your work actually flows: your tools, your intake, your inbox, where the hours go.
Your AI Opportunity Map.
Every place AI could genuinely pay you back, ranked, in plain language. The top three marked. Yours to keep no matter what.
Three working AI workflows.
We set up your top three together, in tools you already use, tested on your real work. Things like inbox triage and reply drafting, quotes drafted from a few inputs, review responses in your voice, meeting notes that turn themselves into follow-ups, or an assistant loaded with your services and policies.
The AI Playbook.
One page per workflow: when to use it, the exact steps, the exact prompts, and what to check before you trust the output.
Training until it's yours.
Two working sessions plus a handoff call. You'll run every workflow yourself before we're done, because that's the point.
Two weeks of support.
Questions after handoff get answered within a business day. And if a tool update breaks one of your three workflows within 60 days of handoff, I fix it, free.
How it works
Three weeks, start to handoff.
Find it.
A kickoff call, then I audit how your business actually runs. By Friday you have your Opportunity Map and we've picked your three workflows together.
Set it up.
The first two workflows get set up and tested on your real work. We meet for a working session, you drive, and by the end of the week the first one is yours.
Make it stick.
The third workflow goes in, the playbook lands in your hands, and the handoff call makes sure you can run all three without me. Then two weeks of support while it becomes habit.
Your time inside all of this: about four hours of scheduled sessions, plus roughly an hour up front gathering the samples that make week one sharp. The rest happens on my side.

Book a 20-minute fit call and find out for sureWho it's for
Owner-led service businesses with one to fifteen people.
Bookkeepers, notaries, clinics, brokers, studios, agencies, home services with an office. If you're established enough to have repetitive work and busy enough to resent it, this was designed for you.
Who it's not for
If you want custom software built, I'll tell you on the call and point you at what to ask a developer. If you're hoping AI replaces your team, that's not what I set up, and I'd rather say so here than waste your twenty minutes.
And if this is a season where every dollar is spoken for, do the free stuff first: take the quiz below, use what it tells you, and come back when the timing's right.
Why Verge AI
Verge AI is me, Aubrey Perez.
Nearly twenty years in marketing and digital operations, the last fifteen running paid campaigns and the systems behind them for small service businesses.
Here's the part I'd check if I were you: I run my own business on these exact workflows. My content pipeline, my outreach research, my proposal drafting, my admin digests. Built for myself first, used daily, and only then set up for anyone else. Ask me on the call and I'll show you them running, live.
I don't sell software, I don't take referral fees from tools, and I don't recommend anything I haven't run myself. The product is judgment: which three things, in what order, set up so they survive a real week in a real business. The experience is built to feel less like buying technology and more like someone finally looking at your business.
Frequently asked questions
The questions owners ask.
01What does it cost?
It's scoped to your business, so I don't publish a one-size number. What I can tell you here: it's one fixed figure for a fixed scope, paid half to book and half at handoff. No retainer required, no percentage fees, no add-ons you didn't ask for. After your fit call you'll have the exact investment in writing within a day, and you can decide from there. No pressure attached either way.
02Which AI tools do you use?
Wherever possible, ones you already pay for: ChatGPT or Claude, your email, your calendar, your booking system. If something new genuinely earns its place, I'll say why, you subscribe directly, and I take nothing for the recommendation. Most of these workflows run on tools under $60 a month, often on subscriptions you already have.
03Is my client data safe?
This comes first, not last. By default, the workflows I set up keep client-identifying information out of AI tools entirely; plenty of high-value workflows never touch client files at all. Where a workflow genuinely needs to touch client information, it runs in a business workspace with AI training turned off, and you get the data path in writing: where it lives, who can see it, what your regulator requires, and what BC's privacy law (PIPA) expects. If you're in a regulated practice, this privacy review is named in your proposal.
04Will my information be used to train the AI?
No. Business accounts on the tools I set up (ChatGPT Team, Claude for Work) don't train on your data, and that setting is part of the setup, not an afterthought. If a tool can't make that promise, it doesn't get used for anything sensitive.
05I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
You're exactly who this is for. You won't build anything, and nothing I set up requires you to become technical to keep it alive. If a tool needs that, I picked the wrong tool.
06Will the writing sound like me?
That's the bar. Every workflow that drafts anything gets tuned against your real emails and your real voice, and you review everything before it goes out. AI that sounds like a robot is AI you'll stop using, which defeats the whole point.
07Why not just hire a VA?
Sometimes that's the right call, and I'll say so if it is. But a VA still needs systems to work inside, and most of this admin doesn't need a person, it needs a process. The Reset builds the system either of you can run. Plenty of owners do both: the workflows absorb the repetitive drafting, and the humans do the parts that need a human.
08What if it turns out AI can't help my business much?
Then you'll hear it from me in week one, not at the end. If the audit finds fewer than three workflows worth setting up, the engagement converts down to just the audit and map, the difference comes back to you, and you keep everything. I'd rather lose an engagement than pad one.
09What if I need more than three workflows?
Your Opportunity Map ranks everything we found, so nothing gets lost. You can add a fourth workflow during the engagement, come back for a second Reset later, or add monthly help. All of that exists, and none of it is required. The three workflows stand on their own.
10What happens after the support window?
You're not dependent on me, and that's by design: the playbook is written so the workflows survive vacations, new hires, and my absence. After the two weeks (plus the 60-day breakage promise above), you can run everything yourself indefinitely, bring me back per-fix, or add a monthly option if you want someone watching the AI landscape for you. Most owners just run it.
11How much of my time does it take?
About four hours of scheduled sessions across three weeks, plus roughly an hour of prep before kickoff. Scheduled around your week.
12Do you build custom software or apps?
No. I set up working systems in proven tools. If your situation genuinely needs custom software, I'll tell you on the call and give you the three questions to ask a developer, free.

We'll talk through how your week actually runs and whether the Reset fits. You'll leave with a clear next step either way, including if the answer is “you don't need me yet.”
